Zumba Fitness

Tired of your regular workout routine? Then come try the new fitness class that everyone is talking about! The Zumba program mixes Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba class!

Classes will be held on Friday nights in the Large Basement Room at the Blue Quill Hall from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m, in two month sessions. The goal is for the students to have an exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, and awe-inspiring movements!

Fee: $110.00/member for 8 WEEKS, $120.00/non-member

Spring classes start on Friday, March 30th.
